Novaris Web Media respects your privacy and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, company, type of project, budget and message.
- Project questionnaire: the answers you choose to give about your business and your project.
- Visit statistics (only if you accept them): pages viewed, buttons clicked, language, device type and the website you came from. These statistics are anonymous: no name, no IP address and no advertising cookie.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal.
- To send you a short series of follow-up emails about your request. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- To improve the content of this website.
We never sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Information is stored with trusted service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Anonymous visit statistics are deleted after 180 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to info@novariswebmedia.com and we will reply within 30 days.
